We offer a range of services; from updating of plans at Council, to as-built drawings, additions and alterations as well as the design and preparation of building plans for new houses.
Our services are not limited to residential design and include commercial projects of varying sizes.
services & fees
86redBRICKS offers the standard architectural services as described in section 19(2) of the Architectural Profession Act 2000 (Act 44 of 2000) and relates to client consultations and project stages as described below. These services include, but are not limited to:

86redBRICKS includes 3D visualisations as part of the services, to further help the client understand the proposals we present.
The fees for architectural services are determined by the needs of each projects specific needs and requirements, and are dependent on the scope of work. The fees are based on the current South African Council for the Architectural Profession's (SACAP) recommended tariff of fees and subjected to negotiated discounts where applicable. When the project is an addition and/or alterations the fee might be amended to be a per square meter rate.
